See how many you can do

  1. Call a friend you haven’t talked to for a while.
  2. Read a book.
  3. Sit in your garden.
  4. Sort through old stuff and take to the charity shop.
  5. Write a letter to a family member.
  6. Go to sleep earlier.
  7. Invite a friend over.
  8. Make a meal for friends or family.
  9. Go for a bike ride.
  10. Start a journal/diary.
  11. Listen to your favourite music.
  12. Do something creative!
  13. Choose one room in your house to clean and declutter.
  14. Plant something in your garden.
  15. Go see some live entertainment.
  16. Pick up an instrument and practice, practice, practice.
  17. Bake a delicious treat, and then share it!
  18. Go outside and play some sports.
  19. Send an unexpected gift.
  20. Mend something.
  21. Take a nap.
  22. Write down your goals for the Summer.
  23. Offer to babysit for family or friends.
  24. Set up a still life and draw it.
  25. Bring a notebook to a coffee shop and do nothing but doodle to see where your mind goes.
  26. Bake bread and then relax into the smell.
  27. Play a board game.
  28. Take all your blankets and pillows and build a Den. Eat dinner in there.
  29. Lay a blanket out in your backyard and stargaze.
  30. Organise your toys, games, books, etc.
  31. Take a long hot bath while listening to your favourite music.
  32. Go to the library.
  33. Pet your dog/cat/guinea pig/unicorn/ferret.
  34. Take advantage of any sunny days to wash a family members’ car.
  35. Read aloud to someone in your house.
  36. Photograph wildlife.
  37. Recreate your favourite meal at home.
  38. Visit a museum.
  39. Take another nap.
  40. Ask an adult to drive you to the country and take a long walk.
