Teacher of Religious Education and Studies

Start:              September 2021

Contract:       1 year fixed – maternity cover

                         ECTs would be able to complete year 1 of Induction.   

 

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and well-qualified teacher of Religious Education and Studies. 

 

As an academy, we are over-subscribed and consistently achieve some of the highest results in Sandwell. In our most recent Ofsted of February 2020 the school was judged to be good with outstanding features. We are extremely proud of being one of few secondary schools in the country to have been graded as outstanding for behaviour and attitudes under the new Ofsted framework. We have an excellent location being less than 15 miles from the centre of Birmingham whilst having excellent national links via both the M5 and the M6.

 

As an enthusiastic and committed teacher, you would join a welcoming, highly trained, and very supportive Religious Studies and Social Sciences department.  The department is managed by the Head of Religious Studies. The Social Sciences department has great experience in successfully mentoring both ITT trainees and ECTs.

 

The Religious Studies department is housed in a dedicated area of the school. Each classroom is well resourced.

Cleaner Vacancies

Closing date:     Friday 23rd April 2021 at 9am. 

Hourly rate:        Between £9.25 and £9.43 depending upon experience (Grade A )

Start:                   As soon as possible subject to clearances. 

 

Contract:           12 hours per week      (term time only or 52 weeks per year contract)

 

Monday                  –          3.30 to 5.30pm

Tuesday to Friday –          3.30 to 6.00pm

 

We wish to appoint permanent cleaner to join our well-established cleaning team.

 

Cleaning experience desirable
