The European Day of Languages is celebrated annually on September 26, with the official 2026 theme focused on “Languages unite! How languages shape inclusion”

Give your vocabulary a quick workout with the “Name It” Game! Choose a category, select the language you want to explore, and see if you can recall the word before the timer runs out.

Find out about careers using languages and which languages earn you more money in the workplace.  Once you learn one language, or if you already speak a language,  it is so much easier to learn other languages.
