For any Year 11 or 13 students:

Sandwell council’s Employment and Skills team – Think Sandwell – are holding our next Careers in Sandwell event on Tuesday 22nd August.

As before it will be held in the Council Chamber at Sandwell Council House, Oldbury between 2 and 5.30pm. It is a market-style event with attendees able to visit a number of stands.

The event will showcase the range of apprenticeships at the council and with local employers; job opportunities with local employers; plus the support available from the council’s teams and partners for residents of all ages to enter employment.

As the date falls between the results days for GCSEs and ‘A’ levels it will provide another source of information for our young people who may require advice on their options and speak to employers with vacancies.
