Safeguarding Weekly Advice

If you feel that a child is at risk of harm please don’t think that it is someone else’s responsibility to report it. Your action may be something that helps change a child’s life.

What can you do:

If there is immediate risk you must call 999 and see immediate help

Contact the school and ask to speak to the DSL – Miss Donaghie or someone else you feel you can talk to

Contact children services – Sandwell 0121 569 3100,  Walsall 0300 555 2866 (or Emergency Response Team on 0300 555 2922 for out of office hours

Contact the NSPCC: You can call the NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000 or email help@nspcc.org.uk
