Wood Green Academy celebrates the Coronation of King Charles III

The Coronation of The King and The Queen Consort will take place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6th May 2023.

The Service will be conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury and will reflect the Monarch’s role today and look towards the future, while being rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry.

To mark this historical occasion, Wood Green Academy will celebrate by taking part in a range of activities that will mark this momentous occasion ranging from form time based activities, assemblies, House Competitions and cake sales organised by our Student Ambassadors.

Wishing everyone in the local community ‘Happy Coronation Celebrations’.
