Dear Parent/Carer,

Due to the severe weather conditions, we have had to make the difficult decision to close the school to students today (Friday 09/01/2026).

Work for students will be set via ClassCharts and is also available on the Remote Learning section of our website. Please note that this decision has not been taken lightly, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Students scheduled to sit the Sport, Health and Social Care Unit 3 and ICT Unit 2 examinations are still expected to attend school in order to complete their exams.  These students should enter the school via the visitor car park gate.

Students sitting the Sport examination should aim to arrive at school at 9.15am for a 9.30am start.

Students sitting the Health and Social and ICT examinations should aim to arrive at school at 12.45pm for a 1.00pm start.
