UK Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from the 10th to the 16th May in 2021 with this year’s focusing on nature and the environment.
Access to nature is crucial for our mental health, and millions of people discovered that during lockdowns in 2020. However, this was not the same for all of us. Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 explores what the barriers to accessing nature are, ensuring that everyone is able to share in the natural world and experience its mental health benefits.
