Jump Rope for British Heart Foundation

Jump Rope for British Heart Foundation

What is Jump Rope For Heart?

Jump Rope For Heart (JRFH) is the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) skipping challenge, encouraging children and young people to take part in physical activity that is fun, rewarding and heart healthy. It’s popular and helps raise money for youth groups and our fight for every heartbeat.

How do I get involved?

Over the next few weeks our students will be getting involved with Jump Rope For BHF. Students will participate in a house competition of a 1 minute skip in their PE lessons, earning points for the house leaderboard.

The BIG question is… which house will be the Jump Rope champions?
