Through the Woods is a free, confidential drop in session for students who may be feeling worried, stressed, sad or struggling with anger. Taking place every Wednesday lunchtime from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in H023, it offers a safe and supportive space to talk with the Sandwell Mental Health team. There is no need to book, students can simply drop in for a chat, get support and take a positive step towards looking after their wellbeing.
