Below are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) you might have about how to access some of the digital platforms we have at Wood Green Academy. With each question there is some advice and in some cases links to video tutorials to support students. Please note that many of these video tutorials are hosted on our Student Hub. When prompted to log in to the student hub, students should enter the school email and usual school password.

Before you access any tutorials, students must check instructions for tasks from Class Charts first.

Forgotten your Classcharts pass code?


Email: digihelp@woodgreenacademy.co.uk from your school email account using “Class Charts” in the subject line.

If you have a problem logging into these platforms, please email
digihelp@woodgreenacademy.co.uk from your student email account. Please type the relevant platform name in the subject line before writing a brief explanation of the issue. E.g. My password is not working.

For Seneca learning, you may use your Wood Green Academy email address and password to login.

Please access support tutorials via the Student Hub. 

 
To log on to the Student Hub you will be prompted to enter your email/username and password.
 
EXAMPLE: if your school username is AB1234 you should use AB1234@woodgreenacademy.co.uk to log in to the Student Hub and our other Microsoft services.
 
Please use the same password that you use at school for these services.
