Did you know?  When you exercise your body produces a chemical called serotonin, the role of this chemical is simply to make you feel GOOD! That’s why you feel great when you finish a workout.

The best thing about The School Run is we exercise outside and research shows that exercising outside produces EVEN MORE serotonin – so all our participants always finish The School Run feeling EVEN BETTER than when they started!
